Jeff’s the resident strategy and visual identity expert; a guy who appreciates great, effective design like Burt Reynolds appreciates a solid mustache. He’s here to help you figure out what your business needs to be noticed and be successful, and then knock it out of the park. When not wielding his (figurative) design sword, Jeff often talks at events and sits on design panels to share his knowledge with the community. Tools of choice: Creative Suite, pencil and paper, and a good cup of coffee.
Web Design / Print Design
Andy is passionate about quality to the point where she will basically force those around her to buy the things she deems amazing. She brings that same passion to design – specifically, web design and print design. What does that mean? Nothing goes out the door without Andy’s stamp of approval. That’s a big reason why our client sites are up for CSS Awards and our client list is full of happy, repeat customers with growing businesses. Tools of choice: Creative Suite, and a mug of tea.
Web Developer / Web Design
Jen came to Canada from Australia, bringing with her expert web development and design skills. Thankfully, she left all the terrifying spiders behind. A great design is one thing, but the developmental execution of that design – bringing it to life on the web – is a must for a successful website. That’s where Jen comes in: those big nerdy glasses help her pay attention to detail when crafting painstakingly perfect websites. Tools of choice: slippers, the Creative Suite, and a text editor.

Why Us?
So what makes Paper Leaf different? There are a lot of designers out there, after all. But us? We strive to be effective, aesthetic and honest. What that essentially means is that all our designs have to look great and serve the purpose they were meant to. For example, a beautiful logo is rendered useless if it can't be accurately replicated in various sizes and mediums. A striking website is pointless if users can’t navigate around it. This marriage between form and functionality is what steers our vision.
The honesty part – well, near everyone claims to be honest. But we back that up with proof – for example, read our blog for 100% transparency on a logo design process for a real client.
