The Women’s Health Research Unit is based in Edmonton, and approached Paper Leaf to design a logo and website to provide information around the complex health issues facing women.

Identity: The patchwork logo was chosen to symbolize how each weave requires the next for strength, and is accompanied by a strong serif font family identifiable to the target audience. The combination of blue and green connotes growth and confidence.

Website: Professional yet not stuffy, the website design utilizes large type and a strong grid as its framework. Brand consistency is maintained throughout the site with repeating font and color choices. Link to live site.
